WoW

Hokay so, here’s Poison chilling. Damn, that is a sweet Poison you might say. Wraung!

I had just found an old hard drive case, which within was a long dead ancient laptop drive. It had died some time ago, and despite my best A+ hardware repair guide and WoW magic efforts, I could not bring this thing back to life. I had given up on it and put it on the shelf to rot for about a year or so.  That doesn’t sound so bad does it?

Well, the thing about this drive was that it WAS my life. I backed up EVERYTHING on this drive, from college papers, artwork and pictures to my blog and legacy www.poisonfire.com websites. (hopefully with WellNow’s help I can post up the old sites for your gawking) I mean, it pretty much killed me inside when I dropped this thing at my ex’s old apartment.

Heneway, I took the drive out and replaced it with a new one. Thinking nothing of it, I thought I would try one of our adapters here at work to see if the disk would even spin up. Turns out…it did! I was able to recover everything from the drive!! I was so excited I immediately made a backup onto my 320GB drive and made plans to FTP it to our unlimited HostMonster account.

I have a few comics to post up (FINALLY!!) So stay tuned as I hone my Adobe Illustrator skills…

Hey wellnow…you have CS9 right…?

It had been about 2 years (ish) since I’ve seen a good friend. He found me on facebook and we started chatting. A few days later we found our selves in eachother’s arms, looking lovingly into each other’s eyes…

Haha, just kidding. We hung out with his fiance and her sister over at a local bar. We had fun talking about work, WoW and the good old days. It was nice to hear what he’d been up to and see this wife to be. I had to break some bad news to them about something going on in my life (will post on it later). I also found out that my friend reads my blog (I honestly didn’t think anyone read my blog), so I promised I would write something about him

Thanks for being such a good friend, and never judging me despite our diferent ways of life. I appreciate our friendship and hope all the best for you and your girl.

It’s me!

Yes, I am still alive. My liver should be pretty happy with me as of late; I haven’t had a “regular” drinking habit for a few months now. It’s kinda nice. Recently my nights are filled with pixelated crack (aka “WoW”). I run Karahzan weekly with a cool casual guild. We’re starting a third Kara group next week.

I’ve been listening to Otep and Satan’s Host. LOTS of Satanic thoughts flowing through my head… Hahahahahha! Just kidding.

My girl is moving to Pueblo, CO for a really great job opportunity with Primerica. It’s an amazing company with lots of benefits. LoL. Just kidding. Got ya!

Anyway, I want to go with her because we foudn this awesome house to live in, but I still need to find a job way the fuck down there. I hope it all works out.

And..my mom kicked my sister and I out.

This weekend was filled with gallons of alcohol, beer and guitar hero. Thankfully no smoking has occurred for the past 7 days. Go Rockies.
